Here’s how it works:
1. 2D Floor Plan Process – Step by Step
1.1 Draft Plan Shared by Architect
After your project starts, the architect prepares and shares the first draft of your 2D floor plan.
What’s included:
Basic wall layout
Room placements
Room names and dimensions
Window and door positions
Where it’s shared: In the project chat group for easy feedback and discussion.
1.2 Client Review and Feedback
You review the plan and request any corrections or layout changes.
You can comment directly in the chat (e.g., “shift kitchen to the left,” “increase bedroom size”).
1.3 Architect Updates and Shares New Draft Version
The architect revises the plan based on your feedback and shares an updated version (Draft 1.1, Draft 1.2, etc.).
You can go through up to 3 revision cycles under your package (see Revision Policy below).
1.4 Client Finalizes Draft Version
Once you’re satisfied with the layout and dimensions, you confirm it as your approved draft.
This confirmation is important to proceed to the final detailing phase.
1.5 Architect Shares Pre-Final Plan and Updates Final Files in Report Section
After approval and payment (if scheduled in two halves), the architect:
Adds finishing touches
Includes full dimensioning, furniture layout, and space labeling
Prepares all final 2D files
