How Pricing Works

1. Enter Built-up Area

Client inputs total built-up area (e.g., 1000 sq.ft.)

2. Select Number of Floors
  • For each additional floor (above G+0), multiply total value by 0.5
  • Max limit: G+4
3. Select Design Style

Example Calculation:
  • If client selects Simple Design Type:
  • Base = 1000 × ₹ 2.5 = ₹ 2500
    Extra floor charge = 2500 × 2 × 0.5 = ₹ 2500
    Subtotal = ₹ 5000
  • If client selects Modern Design Type:
  • Base = 1000 × ₹ 3.5 = ₹ 3500
    Extra floor charge = 1000 × 2 × 0.5 = ₹ 3500
    Subtotal = ₹ 7000
