Structural Design – Strong Foundations, Clear Process

At BDesigner, we ensure your home’s strength and stability with professional structural plans prepared by experienced architects and structural consultants. Through our transparent chat-based system and organized Report section, you stay informed throughout the design journey.

Here’s how it works:

1. Structural Design Process – Step-by-Step Guide

1.1 Architect Shares First Draft

  • The first draft shared is a Center Line Plan – a basic layout showing:

    • Wall center lines

    • Room names and sizes

    • Initial structural layout with reference measurements

Where to find it: Shared in chat system and saved in your Report section under “Structural Plan – Draft”.

1.2 Client Reviews & Suggests Corrections

  • Clients can review and suggest corrections, such as:

    • Minor layout alignment

    • Column adjustment (if affecting internal layout)

    • Feedback based on practical concerns

All feedback is communicated via chat for clarity and confirmation.

1.3 Architect Updates Draft

  • Architect reviews feedback, makes the necessary corrections, and shares Draft 2 or next version for client review.

All updated versions are timestamped and stored in the Report section.

1.4 Draft Version Finalized by Client

  • Once the client approves the draft, it is marked as finalized.

  • Further changes from this stage are treated as extra revisions unless they fall under correction due to an architect’s oversight.

1.5 Pre-Final Plan & Final Files After Payment

  • Once the draft is finalized and payment is complete, the architect shares the pre-final structural plan, which includes:

    • Reinforcement guidelines

    • Column, beam, and slab alignment

    • Staircase details

    • Structural annotations

Final deliverables are uploaded in the Report section.
