The percentage depends on your project category, performance, and rating history.
Here’s how it works:

Note: Performance is reviewed monthly and your commission slab is automatically updated based on the last 3 projects.

Your commission percentage depends on your performance tier, which is based on your project ratings, delivery consistency, and client/consultant feedback.

Your performance is reviewed monthly.
The system automatically updates your commission slab based on the average rating and feedback from your last three projects.
If your performance improves and your ratings move to the next tier, your commission rate Manually increases by Consultant from the following month.
If your ratings fall or multiple client/consultant complaints occur, your commission may be reduced to a lower slab until consistent improvement is observed in the next review.
As per Indian tax laws, an GST is applicable on the commission earned.
This will be reflected clearly in your monthly payment summary/invoice.
All project payments are processed after project completion and approval from the consultant/client.
If you complete one or multiple projects in a month, your total payable amount is calculated at month-end.
The payout is then forwarded to your registered bank account within the next working/banking days, depending on payment gateway processing time.
Payment release depends on final project approval in the system.
If client confirmation is delayed, the payment will be forwarded immediately after approval in the next available payout cycle.

Our team will verify your records and respond within 2–3 working days.
The payout process is Fully Manual for now based on system verification and project completion status.
However, if any project requires manual review (for disputes, revisions, or client approval delays), it will be processed in the next payout batch after confirmation.
Yes, it can. Your performance is dynamically reviewed, and your commission slab may go up or down depending on your latest three projects’ performance metrics.
